These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Augmentus website at augmentus.tech and its related subdomains (the “Website”), which is operated by Augmentus Pte. Ltd., together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Augmentus”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Website is our information and marketing site.

Your use of our customer account portal, our software, and any paid products or services is governed by separate terms — our Portal Terms of Use, our End User License Agreement (EULA), and, for customers, our commercial Terms of Service — not by these Terms. Where you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

• use any automated means (such as bots, crawlers or scrapers) to access, monitor or copy the Website or its content in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or to carry out bulk or systematic extraction or harvesting of content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control feature of the Website, introduce malware, or launch any denial-of-service or similar attack;
• use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes anyone’s rights, or misrepresents your identity or your affiliation with us; or

These restrictions target bulk or systematic extraction, activity that places an unreasonable load on our systems, and the use of our content to build or train a competing product, service, model or dataset. They are not intended to prevent search engines or AI assistants from accessing the Website to index it, or to reference or recommend it in response to user queries, where they do so in accordance with the instructions in our robots.txt file.

We may suspend or block access to the Website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and the design and layout of the Website — is owned by Augmentus or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. “Augmentus” and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may view the Website and print or download extracts for your own reference or internal business evaluation, provided you do not modify them, keep any proprietary notices intact, and do not assert any rights in the content. Except as allowed by these Terms or by law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape or otherwise exploit any content on the Website without our prior written permission. Members of the media may quote from and share our published press materials for legitimate news reporting, provided the source is attributed and the materials are not altered.

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback about our Website, products or services, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you, and without treating it as confidential. Any personal data you provide through the Website (for example, in a demo or contact form) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Augmentus and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Website, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use. Both apply to your use of the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity, for example in connection with a reorganisation or business transfer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or the security of the Website.

The Website is operated from Singapore. We make no representation that the Website or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Website from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.
