Major release: 360° Rotary Scanning, Path Optimizer V2 (Global), the Connector Module for automated transitions, Concurrent Positioner motion, Custom Colliders collision setup, a New Curved Surface Algorithm, and Techman robot integration.

Key enhancements

  • Rotary Scanning captures a full 360° point cloud and mesh from a single scan module — fewer modules and less alignment error.
  • Path Optimizer V2 (Global) maps every point on the path against every robot configuration in one graph, colour-coding valid zones, singularities, collisions, and unreachable regions.
  • Techman collaborative robots are now supported.

New features

  • Rotary Scanning — capture a full 360° point cloud and mesh from a single scan module, with Accurate or Fast presets and multi-pass coverage.
  • Path Optimizer V2 (Global) — interactive graph-based trajectory solver with real-time control-point placement for path correction.
  • Connector Module — generates collision-free automated transit motions between process paths, replacing manual waypoint teaching for sandblasting, painting, thermal spray, welding, sanding, polishing, and deburring.
  • Concurrent Positioner — independent turntable rotation while the robot executes process paths simultaneously; supports 1-axis and 2-axis positioners.
  • Custom Colliders — imports CAD files (OBJ, STL, STEP, STP) and in-scene geometry for accurate collision detection against real cell layouts.
  • New Curved Surface Algorithm — dedicated path generation for curved geometries that follows the natural curvature of the surface to produce clean, continuous toolpaths, with manual slicing-direction control.
  • Techman Robot Integration — extends support to Techman collaborative robots alongside ABB, FANUC, Kawasaki, KUKA, Universal Robots, and Yaskawa.

  • Rotary Calibration workflow sets positioner alignment before the first scan for production-ready meshes.
  • Path Optimizer V2 handles linear-rail, rotation-axis, and positioner stations, with an auto-solver for dual-axis positioner setups.
