Senior Application Engineer
About your role
Collaborate with application engineers and robotics experts to implement robotic software solutions for various industrial applications.
Assist in configuring robotic systems to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Support the integration of robotic hardware, sensors, and software components to create comprehensive industrial automation solutions.
Participate in the creation of detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and system specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operation of robotic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project execution.
Learn and develop expertise in the company's proprietary robotic systems and technologies.
Stay informed about the latest developments in industrial robotics and automation to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
Adapt and learn quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes as required.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms (e.g., ABB, UR, Fanuc, Kawasaki, Yaskawa).
Experienced with robotic programming, engineering, or automation projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Interest in automation, robotics, and industrial applications.
Good communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Knowledge of CAD software for basic mechanical design tasks.
Passion for technology, robotics, and innovation.
Good to have
End-Effector Design: Knowledge of robotic end-effector development.
PLC Systems: Experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
Programming Languages: Coding skills in C#, C++, and Python.
