HR & Operations Associate
About your role
Talent Acquisition and Employee Life Cycle
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.Manage candidates across various job boards and direct outreach for internships and full-time roles.Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination across all active roles.Maintain and update recruitment records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Work with existing outbound and inbound automations to support volume sourcing.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requisitions.
HR Administration
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation check-ins, and performance management.Maintain and update HR systems with employee data changes, leave records, and payroll inputs.Coordinate insurance enrolment and renewal admin.
Office & Vendor Management
Office management including maintenance of pantry and office supplies.Coordinate with building management and maintenance vendors.
Procurement & Logistics
Coordinate hardware shipping to customers, including preparing shipping documents and tracking deliveries.Liaise with freight vendors to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain accurate inventory and delivery tracking records.
Tradeshow & Exhibition Support
Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and exhibitions.Support travel and accommodation bookings for employees.Liaise with marketing and sales teams on requirements.
Requirements
1–3 years of talent acquisition experience hiring for tech and GTM roles.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM systems.
Strong phone screening and interviewing skills.
Willingness to leverage AI tools for pipeline generation.
Deep Singapore market knowledge, including regional hiring norms and visa sponsorship.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions.
Proactive problem-solver.
Good to have
Talent acquisition experience in a startup environment.
Familiarity with Asia-Pacific hiring challenges (talent scarcity, regional compensation expectations).
Exposure to sourcing automation or AI tools.
Track record of improving hiring quality metrics.
