Graduate Engineer
About your role
A rotational graduate role that builds your technical foundation across product management, deployment, and solutions engineering — working with real systems and customers from day one.
Product Management
Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, and product testing.Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear engineering inputs.Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and usability.
Deployment
Assist with Augmentus system deployment in customer environments.Support system testing, troubleshooting, and real-world issue resolution.Learn to diagnose and resolve integration, performance, and operational challenges.
Solutions Engineering
Support solution design and technical validation for customer use cases.Assist with technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and project coordination.Participate in hardware setup, testing, and system validation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, or related).
Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
Strong interest in engineering, technology, and what the company builds.
Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities.
Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt across different roles.
Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
