Key Enhancements and New Features
Windows Support Added
Augmentus is now available on Windows. Users can now leverage the full capabilities of the Augmentus solution within familiar Windows workflows, improving flexibility across deployment and collaboration functions.
New “Collision Avoidance” Option for Path Optimizer
Added the capability to automatically resolve collisions under the Path Optimizer module. This improves the system’s ability to plan around obstacles without manual adjustment. It enables safer motion generation while greatly enhancing productivity as users are no longer required to manually resolve individual waypoint collisions.
New “Auto Generate” Option for AutoScan
Added the capability to automatically generate scan paths under the AutoScan module. Scan paths are generated based on the size and shape of the chosen workpiece. This simplifies scan planning and enhances workflow efficiency and productivity.
KUKA Server Support
KUKA robots are now compatible with the new Augmentus server, enhancing the versatility of the application to accommodate a wider range of setups and workflows.
