This patch focuses on enhancing reliability, accuracy, and flexibility through new robot integrations and critical bug resolutions.


Key Enhancements and New Features

Compatibility with New Perception Server for Universal Robots

Support for Universal Robots has been expanded through integration with new perception server. This ensures improved stability and compatibility, helping users manage scanning and motion planning more effectively.

Direct Drive External Axis Integration for FANUC

Support for direct drive external axis under the FANUC ecosystem has been added. This offers greater flexibility for users to configure complex setups seamlessly, expanding motion control capabilities for larger and heavier workpieces.

New Robot Models Added
  • FANUC R-2000iC 210L: A robust addition for applications requiring higher payload capacity.


Improvements to Existing Features

Path Planning Enhancements
  • Cartesian Path Alignment: Improvements have been made to the path planning for UR for more robust error detection and simulation.

  • Improved Collision Detection: Collision detection when using in-app default tools has been improved to be more precise and accurate.

AutoScan Enhancements
  • Enhanced Scan Quality: Default AutoScan settings have been updated to produce higher quality meshes, reducing post-processing requirements.

  • UI Feedback: Added hints when the “Generate AutoScan” button is disabled, helping users identify missing prerequisites quickly. UI feedback has also improved across connection, import, calibration and waypoint selection workflows.

Calibration Enhancements
  • Calibration UI Stability: Addressed delays when progressing through CAD file calibration workflows, improving responsiveness.


Bug Fixes

UI and Workflow Stability
  • Resolved UI glitches caused by reordering or deleting paired start/end modules.

  • Corrected errors in TCP gimbal rotation visualization.

Connectivity and Configuration
  • Fixed Gocator server stability issues when operating with UR robots.

  • Fixed the “Try Again” button after entering a wrong SFTP password.

General Improvements
  • Improved processing time when entering projects containing large meshes.

  • Fixed issues caused by Sharpened CAD meshes.

  • Fixed Custom Tool names being reflected wrongly in certain scenarios.

  • Fixed issues with numpad input for AutoScan module.
