About your role
Automate and Orchestrate Internal Processes
- Design, implement, and optimize internal automation workflows to streamline operations across teams.
- Build and maintain automation pipelines : n8n , Python , JavaScript , Supabase , Pinecone , NotebookLM
Build and Maintain Internal Tools
- Develop small internal tools, scripts, and integrations that connect different SaaS platforms and internal systems.
- Create and maintain APIs, webhooks, and command line utilities (for example using FastAPI and curl) to enable data flow between services.
Prototype and Experiment with Agentic Workflows
- Work within a sandbox environment to rapidly prototype new automation ideas and AI-assisted workflows.
- Assist in experimenting with agentic AI patterns, prompt engineering, context engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for internal use cases.
Data Integration, Monitoring, and Reliability
- Support integration of multiple data sources and services (for example CRM, support tools, product analytics, and internal databases).
- Implement basic logging, error handling, and monitoring for automation workflows to ensure reliability and traceability.
- Perform testing and debugging of flows, APIs, and scripts to ensure they behave correctly in production.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to understand their processes and translate them into robust automations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for automation and AI assistance.
- Document workflows, APIs, and best practices so that team members can understand, reuse, and maintain them.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools or low-code platforms (experience with n8n is a strong plus).
- Good understanding of software fundamentals such as APIs, HTTP, JSON, and basic software architecture.
Additional Experience or Interests:
- Agentic AI, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG
- FastAPI or other web frameworks
- Webhooks, REST APIs, and curl
- Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or similar)
