About your role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s passionate about technology and problem-solving.
You’ll lead our outbound efforts — identifying potential customers, starting technical conversations, and uncovering automation opportunities that our platform can address.
This isn’t about hard selling — it’s about helping manufacturers discover smarter ways to automate.
Outbound Prospecting

Research and identify high-potential accounts in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and robotics integration.

Build contact lists and personalized outreach strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot.

Craft clear, credible outreach messages that spark curiosity about adaptive robotic automation.
Discovery & Qualification

Initiate conversations to understand prospects’ current automation challenges and workflows.

Qualify opportunities based on process type (e.g., welding, blasting, sanding), automation maturity, and fit with Augmentus’ platform.

Book meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives / Solutions Managers.
Collaboration & Market Feedback

Partner with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.

Share insights on objections, competitor mentions, and feature requests.

Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly outbound metrics.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B tech, robotics, or industrial automation preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple prospecting cycles in parallel.

Bonus: technical curiosity about robotics, CAD, or manufacturing processes.
