About your role
Research & Development
- Design architecture and MVP development
- Conduct performance validation and translation planning
- Define working boundaries and work instructions
Management & Team Leadership
- Own project delivery and execution timelines
- Set, enforce, monitor and adjust team direction, priorities and performance
- Coordinate across engineering, product, legal, and business teams
IP & Innovation
- Conduct technology and IP landscape reviews
- Collaborate with legal to draft patent applications
- Integrate IP awareness into engineering workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of engineering leadership experience in industrial or large-scale software environments. Bonus for experience in computer vision or robotic applications
- Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into scalable, productized features
- Strong experience in technical and product management, with a successful track record of R&D-to-Product translation, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with patent filing and vendor management
