What you will do
Talent Acquisition and Employee Life CycleÂ
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
- Manage candidates across various job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, Indeed, Jobstreet etc.) and direct outreach for internships and fulltime rolesÂ
- Manage candidate scheduling and interview coordination across all active roles — booking slots, sending confirmations, and handling reschedulesÂ
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders – candidate records, interview feedback, stage updatesÂ
- Work with existing outbound and inbound AI automations to support volume sourcing Â
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requisitionsÂ
HR AdministrationÂ
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation check-ins, performance management administration across both Singapore and Texas officesÂ
- Maintain and update HR systems with employee data changes, leave records, and payroll inputsÂ
- Coordinate insurance enrolment and renewal admin — sending forms, tracking submissions, and liaising with the insurerÂ
Office & Vendor ManagementÂ
- Office management including maintenance of pantry and office suppliesÂ
- Coordinate with building management and maintenance vendors for office upkeep and ad-hoc facilities issuesÂ
Procurement & LogisticsÂ
- Coordinate hardware shipping to customers for COGS and trials, including preparing shipping documents, booking freight and land transport, and tracking deliveriesÂ
- Liaise with freight vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issuesÂ
- Maintain accurate inventory and delivery tracking recordsÂ
Tradeshow & Exhibition SupportÂ
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and exhibitions, including confirmation of items to ship from Singapore and Texas offices, managing packing lists, and tracking inbound and outbound shipmentsÂ
- Support travel and accommodation bookings for employees attending tradeshows — flights, hotels, and ground transportÂ
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams on tradeshow requirements, deadlines, and vendor coordinationÂ
- Assist with booth setup logistics and any on-the-ground coordination as requiredÂ
This role would require part of the working hours to cover and support both the SG and US office as part of operational requirements. This role may also require occiasional travel to support exhibition and tradeshow events as needed.Â
Requirements
- 1–3 years of TA Experience hiring for tech roles (engineers, product, data) and/or GTM roles (sales, marketing, ops)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM systems
- Strong phone screening and interviewing skills; ability to assess technical and soft skills credibly
- Comfort and willingness to learn how to leverage on AI tools to increase pipeline generation capacity and efficiency, to improve candidate interview experience.
- Deep Singapore market knowledge, including regional hiring norms, visa sponsorship
- Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple concurrent requisitions
- Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early and iterates on feedback
Nice to Have
- TA experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific hiring challenges (talent scarcity, regional compensation expectations)
- Exposure to sourcing automation, AI tools, or process optimization
- Track record of improving hiring quality metrics (retention, time-to-productivity)
