About your role
We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join Augmentus through a hands‑on rotational role designed to build strong technical foundations and real‑world engineering experience. You will work on real systems, real customers, and real constraints from day one, gaining exposure across multiple functions to identify the best long‑term fit for your strengths and interests.
During your probation period, you will start in one core function and may rotate across teams as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are self‑driven, adaptable, and eager to take ownership with minimal hand‑holding.
Product Management
- Support product requirement definition, feature analysis, and product testing
- Translate customer problems and operational needs into clear engineering inputs
- Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and usability
- Assist with Augmentus system deployment in customer environments
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and real‑world issue resolution
- Learn to diagnose and resolve integration, performance, and operational challenges

- Assist with technical demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and project coordination
- Participate in hardware setup, testing, and system validation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, or related)
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience
- Strong interest in engineering, technology, and what the company builds
- Comfortable working with ambiguous problem statements and changing priorities
- Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt across different roles
- Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
