About your role
Content Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy across owned, earned, and paid media.
- Own and manage the social media content calendar — proactively plan campaigns around product launches, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Align content direction with business goals, marketing priorities, and target personas.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights.
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and publish compelling content for web, social media, newsletters, blogs, brochures, video scripts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineers, sales, and leadership to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
- Create custom visual and multimedia content including static graphics, motion graphics, short videos, and GIFs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, sales, leadership) to develop content that supports campaigns, product adoption, and customer education.
- Manage external vendors (graphic designers, video editors, copywriters) as needed to scale content production.
Brand Voice & Consistency
- Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms and content types.
- Help evolve Augmentus’ content style guide as the brand matures.
Market and Trend Awareness
- Stay on top of trends in industrial automation, robotics, and content marketing.
- Research competitors and industry benchmarks to inform creative decisions and strategic positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create effective technical and B2B content across formats.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and content workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Bonus: Knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing, or robotics is a plus.
